Corn Casserole

Our friend and her family came over for Thanksgiving one year. So Lori, asked what can she bring? I told her any type of casserole would be fine. Well I did not know that it would be a big hit!! Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 3/4ounce) can  creamed corn
  • 1 (15 1/4ounce) can whole corn, drained
  • 1  cup  melted butter
  • 3  eggs
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 1  tablespoon sugar
  • 1 (8 1/2ounce) box  Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Drain the whole kernel corn. Mix together everything in a bowl.
  3. Bake in a greased baking dish for 60 minutes.
