- 8 1⁄2 ounces Jiffy cornbread mix
- 14 3⁄4 ounces creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
Directions
- mix well.
- pour into a buttered 8 X 8 pan.
- bake at 400 for 40 mins or until spoon comes out clean.
