Corn Casserole

I haven't tried this, but noticed it on the back of my egg carton and thought I would save it.

• Ready In: 45 mins
• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 15  ounces  cream-style corn
• 4  ounces green chili peppers
• 2  tablespoons flour
• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 2  eggs, beaten
• 1⁄8 teaspoon oregano

Directions

1. preheat oven to 350.
2. combine all ingredients.
3. pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
4. bake for 30 minutes.
5. Note a 1 1/2 quart dish equals an 8x8 or 7x11.
