Corn & Broccoli Casserole

I really love this veggie casserole, I hope you do too!

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can  creamed corn
  • 1 (12 ounce) package  frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 12 cup  Ritz cracker crumbs
  •  salt & pepper
  • 1  egg, beaten
  • 14 cup  chopped onion
  • 2  tablespoons margarine or 2  tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Mix corn, broccoli, egg and onion gently.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and pour into a buttered 1 quart casserole.
  3. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with margarine.
  4. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes.
