Corn Bread Casserole -Connie Adler

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 1/4ounce) cans  creamed corn
  • 12 cup  melted butter
  • 8  ounces sour cream
  • 1  egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 (6 ounce) box  Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions

  1. Combine and pour into 9x13-inch buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle with (sharp) grated cheese on top.
