Corn and Black Bean Salsa With a Kick

Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2ounce) can black beans (rinsed & drained)
- 1 (15 1/2ounce) canned whole kernel corn
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1⁄2 cup salsa (your choice)
- 1⁄2 cup red onion
- 1⁄3 cup celery
- 2 teaspoons cilantro (dried or freshly chopped)
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Rinse and drain beans and corn.
- Add can of tomatoes and the salsa.
- Chop the onion and celery.
- Add seasonings and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve with chips of your choice. (I recommend chips with a hint of lime).
