Coriander Pepper Marinade

Another marinade recipe from my files. This is a nice marinade for pork or beef. After marinating and refrigeration, allow meat to come back to room temp before grilling.

• Ready In: 10 mins
• Yields: 1/3 cup

Ingredients

• 2  garlic cloves, crushed
• 1  tablespoon  crushed  coriander seed
• 1  tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
• 1  tablespoon brown sugar
• 3  tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Brush over pork or beef.
