Coriander Herb Asparagus

Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto, topped with cheese served on French bread slices

  1. Preheat Velata Raclette Tabletop Grill with stone top on high for 30-45 minutes.
  2. Place asparagus on a plate. Drizzle with oil and season with Coriander Herb rub. Toss gently until well coated.
  3. Bundle and wrap 3 asparagus spears in 1 slice of Prosciutto. Repeat with remaining spears.
  4. Place wrapped asparagus on stone top and cook until tender (approximately 10-12 minutes), turning every few minutes.
  5. Halfway through asparagus cooking time, place cheese slices in 4 Raclette Dishes and slide them into the grill base to melt (approximately 3-5 minutes). Remove when cheese is soft and gooey.
  6. Transfer wrapped asparagus to a serving plate and pour melted cheese over each bundle. Serve immediately.
