Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Melt butter in a sauce pan.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Add milk and cheese and stir until melted.
- Pour over cordon bleu and serve.
