Coors' Bacon Onion Dip

This recipe calls for Batch 19 lager, but you could probably use any sort of lager to get the taste.

  1. Fry some bacon.
  2. Caramelize your onions.
  3. Pour some lager in the mix for extra flavor.
  4. Chop bacon into fine bits.
  5. Mix sour cream (or Greek yogurt), bacon, onions, lager, horseradish, a squeeze of the lemon, and a dash of salt and pepper into a bowl.
  6. Serve with crackers or chips.
