Coors' Bacon Onion Dip

Ingredients
- 6 -8 slices bacon, thick-cut
- 1 cup onion, caramelized
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle lager beer
- 1 3⁄4 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- lemon
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Fry some bacon.
- Caramelize your onions.
- Pour some lager in the mix for extra flavor.
- Chop bacon into fine bits.
- Mix sour cream (or Greek yogurt), bacon, onions, lager, horseradish, a squeeze of the lemon, and a dash of salt and pepper into a bowl.
- Serve with crackers or chips.
