Cooling Cucumber Raita

Ingredients
- 2 small cucumbers, chopped
- 3 -4 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped (phudina)
- 2 cups lowfat curds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon roasted ground cumin (jeera)
- salt
Directions
- Whisk the curds until smooth.
- Add the cucumber, mint leaves, cumin seed powder and salt and mix well.
- Refrigerate till chilled.
- Serve with rice or parathas.
