Cool Cucumber Relish

This is great on hot dogs. This can be made ahead and reheated if necessary.

Ingredients

• 1  cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
• 1  cup red onion, chopped
• 1⁄4 cup  Italian vinaigrette dressing
• 2  tablespoons spicy brown mustard

Directions

1. Combine cucumber, red onion, dressing and mustard.
2. Enjoy on hot dogs!
