  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, pepper and ground round; cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce and the rest of the ingredients except the rolls.
  4. Cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Spoon onto rolls.
