Cookies-And-Cream Cake

Yields: 1 white cake
Ingredients
- 18 1⁄4 ounces white cake mix
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1⁄2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed
Frosting
- 16 ounces vanilla frosting
- 1⁄2 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and egg whites until smooth.
- Gently stir in crushed cookies.
- Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13" pan.
- Bake 25 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Mix frosting ingredients and spread over cake. (I also crushed Oreos over the top of the frosted cake for extra Oreo flavor).
