Cookie Dough Floating Chocolate Cupcakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Line cupcake pan with cupcake papers.
  3. In a large mixing bag, stir together the first six ingredients.
  4. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT cookie dough and beat with an electric mixer for 4 minutes on medium until thick.
  5. Fill cupcake papers 2/3 full with batter and place one square of the cookie dough in the center of each.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Cool and ice with your favorite icing.
