Cookie Dough Candies

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1⁄2 cup light brown sugar
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3⁄4 cups chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix together melted Butter and Light Brown Sugar.
- Add cream cheese and granulated sugar to the mixture.
- Next, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Then, add in ¾ of the chocolate chips to the dough.
- Roll the dough into nickel sized balls and place on wax paper.
- Take the other 2 cup of chocolate chips and put into a microwave safe bowl.
- Place the bowl in a microwave for 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds.
- Use a cupcake pan and line the insides with cupcake liners.
- Fill the bottom of the liners with chocolate.
- Place 1 piece of the the rolled up dough and sorta flatten it out.
- Cover the dough with more chocolate and shake the pan to evenly spread it over the dough.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes or until hardened.
