  1. Blend first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
  2. Add vanilla, coconut and walnuts; mix well.
  3. Cool.
  4. Frost cooled cake.
  5. Enough frosting for a 2 layer cake.
