  1. Mix flour and seasonings.
  2. Add beaten egg.
  3. Mix.
  4. Add hot milk.
  5. Cook over hot water 12-15 mins.
  6. Add butter and vinegar.
  7. Beat smooth.
  8. Chill.
  9. Thin with milk or French dressing iff too thick.
