Cooked Chocolate Fudge Icing

Yields: 1 batch of frosting
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa
- 3⁄4 cup evaporated milk
- 3⁄4 cup margarine
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a large saucepan.
- When mixture comes to a boil, cook l and 1/2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set to cool a few minutes.
- Beat to spreading consistency.
- Will frost a 2 or 3 layer cake.
