Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup butter or 2⁄3 cup margarine
- 1 (16 ounce) box light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 2⁄3 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut
Directions
- Melt butter or margarine in large saucepan.
- Stir in sugar; cool 10 minutes.
- Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well (do not use a mixer).
- Stir in flour.
- Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Spread in a 15 x 10" pan.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
- Cool and cut into squares.
