Connie's Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 2 cups white flour
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shortening (preferably Fluffo for best results, this is what my grandmother always uses.)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
- For double crust:.
- bake 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Single crusts:.
- 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
