Coney Island Sauce - Flint Style

Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 6 ounces water
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Directions
- Do not precook hamburger.
- Combine all ingredients in 2 quart.
- saucepan.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
- Stir occasionally, blot to remove excess fat and liquid.
- Serve over cooked hot dogs.
