Company Chicken Salad Casserole

A rich elegant casserole that is good enough to serve for company.

Ingredients

• 3  cups  diced  cooked chicken
• 2  cups  diced celery
• 2  cups seasoned croutons
• 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of chicken soup
• 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 1  teaspoon  dried onion
• 1  teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 (8 ounce) can  diced water chestnuts
• 1⁄2 cup cashews or 1⁄2 cup  almonds
• 2  cups  grated cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Soften dried onion in water and drain.
3. Mix together all ingredients except cheese.
4. Put inot 9x13 pan and top with cheese.
5. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
