Colourful Omelets

Yields: 7-8 omelettes
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup gram flour
- 1⁄4 cup rice flour
- 1⁄4 cup moong flour
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 beetroot, grated
- 1 bunch spring onion, finely chopped
- 3 green chilies, crushed finely
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- salt
- oil (to shallow fry)
Directions
- Mix all the above mentioned ingredients.
- Add enough water to make batter.
- Spread a big spoonful thickly on a hot dosa or non-stick tawa.
- Sprinkle a teaspoons.
- Of oil over it.
- Flip over, roast the other side.
- Cool.
- Add ketchup if desired.
