Colorado Loose Hamburgers

Ingredients
- 3 lbs lean ground beef
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 bunches celery, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can reduced fat condensed tomato soup
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 tablespoons celery seeds
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 30 whole wheat hamburger buns
Directions
- Brown meat in oil in a large skillet.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly until vegetables are done (about 1 hour).
- Spoon onto hamburger buns.
