  1. Brown beef.
  2. Add tomatoes, onion and garlic.
  3. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and water.
  4. Cover and cook for 35 minutes ir untill meat is tender and potatoes are soft.
  5. Top the whole thing with cilantro.
