Coleslaw Dressing

Yields: 2 Cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil until ingredients dissolve.
- Allow to cool.
- Shred head of cabbage and place in a bowl. Start adding the coleslaw dressing about 2 tablespoons at a time until you reach your desired flavor level (for us that's about 4 tablespoons).
- You can add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise when mixing if you want it a little creamy.
