Coleslaw-Creamy Dill Cabbage Salad

This cole slaw is creamy and full of flavor. The dill and roasted garlic make this just wonderful.

Ingredients

• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 2  tablespoons vinegar
• 1  tablespoon roasted garlic
• 1⁄2 tablespoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 tablespoon celery seed
• 1⁄2-1  teaspoon dill weed
• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 6  cups  thinly shredded cabbage
• 1  large onion, sliced thin
• 1  large carrot, shredded

Directions

1. Mix first 8 ingredients in a large bowl add remaining ingredients.
2. Chill and serve.
