Coleen's Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts and cinnamon, mixed together
Directions
- Cream butter and one cup sugar.
- Beat eggs in one at a time.
- Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients and beat to combine completely.
- Put half of batter in a buttered bundt pan.
- Sprinkle with half of combined topping ingredients (1/4 c sugar, walnuts (which are optional), and cinnamon (to taste)).
- Add remaining batter.
- Sprinkle with remaining topping.
- Bake at 325F for 45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.
