Ingredients
- 4 cups pure water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried chamomile
- 1 tablespoon dried peppermint
Directions
- Bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
- Strain into a large glass jar.
- Drink 1 cup (hot) every few hours.
