Coffee Penut Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- half a cup vegetable oil
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3 sperated eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup of toasted grinded peanuts
for the sauce
- 250 g honey
- 4 table spoon powdered milk
- 2 table spoon instant coffee
Directions
- beat the egg white with pinch of salt.
- beat the egg yolks with vanilla and suger.
- add the dried mixtuer to egg yolkks then the egg white and mix.
- when neded add the milk and the peanut powder and the oil.
- power in to prepared cake pan.
- bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes till rise.
