Ingredients
- 2 fresh pineapple
- brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Heat oil and butter together until fragrant.
- Skin and core the pineapple, then cut into rings and coat with brown sugar.
- Fry the pineapple until it is golden brown, sprinkle with more brown sugar and finish on the grill until the sugar carmalizes.
- Serve with sour cream.
