Coconut Swirls

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1⁄2 cup instant dry milk powder
- 3 cups shredded coconut
Directions
- melt butter in a pot.
- add water and vanilla.
- mix icing sugar and instant milk.
- add to butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well.
- stir in coconut.
- drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.
- let stand for ten minutes.
- melt chocolate chips.
- swirl 1 teaspoon on top of each one.
- let harden.
