Coconut Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients
Cake
- 1 white cake mix
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) can cream of coconut
- 8 ounces sour cream
Frosting
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups coconut flakes
Directions
- Cake:.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and Flour 1 - 13x9" oblong pan, or 2 - 8 or 9" layer pans.
- Prepare cake mix per the box, adding Cream of Coconut and sour cream to the batter.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Frosting:.
- Beat cream cheese, milk and vanilla. Add powdered sugar slowly until all is incorporated.
- Spread over the cooled cake.
- Sprinkle flaked coconut over the top.
