Coconut Sorbet

Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh coconut milk
- 1 3⁄4 cups sugar
- 1⁄4 cup whipping cream
Directions
- In a non stick saucepan heat coconut milk and sugar together. Occassionally stir, and keep a watch on it so the coconut milk and it's oils do not separate. Simmer for 3 minutes, or until all the sugar has been dissolved. Remove from heat. Add the cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
