Ingredients
- 2 (14 ounce) cans coconut milk
- 2 boxes instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
Directions
- Whip the coconut milk with the instant pudding.
- Pour into a freezer container and freeze for several hours.
- To serve, scrape sorbet with a heavy spoon and serve shavings in a dessert glass.
