Ingredients
- 18 shrimp, peeled and deveined,tail on,as much as required
- coconut flakes, as much as needed
- egg wash, as needed
- plain breadcrumbs
Directions
- Dust shrimp with coconut flakes.
- Dip in egg wash.
- Wrap in plain Gourmet breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry at 325 degrees Fahrenhit till done.
- Drain.
- Keep warm until needed.
