Coconut Scented Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups macadamia nuts
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- On a rimmed baking sheet, roast nuts at 250* for 10-12 minutes.
- Drizzle agave syrup and vanilla over nuts, mixing well to coat. Return to the oven for 2 more minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss with coconut and salt. Spread on baking sheet and let cool to room temperature before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
