- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 1⁄2 cups water or 2 1⁄2 cups coconut milk
- 1⁄4 cup fresh coconut, grated
- 2 -3 bay leaves
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 pieces cinnamon
- 2 -3 cloves
- 2 cardamoms
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- salt
Directions
- In a microwave safe bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
- Set 100% Micro for 20 min & stir in between.
- Serve Hot.
