Coconut Protein Bars

Ingredients
- 1 sweetened flaked coconut
- 3 cups quick oats
- 8 scoops whey protein powder (any flavor)
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except coconut) together in a bowl.
- Spread half of mixture evenly in bottom of pan.
- Add layer of coconut.
- Spread 2nd half of mixture over coconut layer.
- Place in fridge overnight and cut into 8 individual squares.
