Coconut Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 1/2ounce) box  yellow cake mix or 1 (18 1/2ounce) box  white cake mix
  • 4 58 ounces instant vanilla pudding
  • 4  eggs
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 cup  oil
  • 12 cup cream of coconut (found by the alcohol mixes in the grocery store. This is NOT coconut milk.)

Directions

  1. Beat everything together for 2 minutes if using a mixer.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 325.
