Coconut Pound Cake

My grandma used to make this. It brings back a lot of memories for me.

  1. Cream together butter, crisco and sugar.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Sift dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
  5. Add coconut flavoring and mix well.
  6. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
