Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- In a bowl combine egg whites and cream off tartar. Beat until stiff.
- Add brown suger and beat until smooth.
- Stir in cooconut and pecans.
- Ready to use.
