Ingredients
- 5 cups mochiko sweet rice flour
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen coconut milk
- 2 1⁄2 cups water
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add liquid ingredients, and mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Cut into small squares to serve.
