Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup pineapple sherbet or 1 cup coconut sorbet
- 1⁄2 cup fresh crushed pineapple
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coconut extract
- fresh pineapple, spears (optional)
Directions
- Place milk, sherbet, pineapple and coconut extract in container of a blender.
- Cover; blend until smooth.
- Pour into frosted glasses; garnish with pineapple spears, if desired.
