Coconut Macaroon Cookies

I got this recipe from my Grandmother who got it from her niece. These are really good!

• Serves: 12
• Yields: 24-26 cookies

Ingredients

• 1  large  package coconut
• 1⁄4 cup flour
• 1  cup sugar
• 2  eggs
• 1  egg white
• 1  tablespoon  almond extract

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper (must do or cookies will stick). drop 1 tablespoon of mixture onto parchment paper making a round cookie. Bake until golden brown at top.
