Coconut Jam Drops

Yields: 30-40 cookies
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut
- 2 cups flour
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and dry ingredients.
- Form into balls, press dent in centre.
- Fill dent with jam (I use raspberry).
- Bake in medium oven for 15 minutes.
