Coconut Flapjacks
Ready In: 40 mins
Yields: 12 three inch squares
Ingredients
- 4 ounces margarine
- 5 ounces self-raising flour
- 5 ounces sugar
- 1 ounce corn flakes
- 2 1⁄2 ounces desiccated coconut
Directions
- Melt the margarine in a large saucepan, and stir in all the other ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
- Press into a greased 9" x 12" pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F.
- for 30 minutes.
- Cool for five minutes in the pan, mark into squares.
- Finish cooling in the pan and cut into squares.
