Coconut Fish Soup

  1. Bruise lemongrass stalk with the back of knife. Combine broth, lemongrass, chilies, ginger, lime, mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add fish and continue to simmer until just opaque(only a few minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and remove lemon grass stalk. Add coconut milk, sea salt or fish sauce to taste. Garnish with basil and cilantro.
