Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup of soft butter
- 2 tablespoons self rising flour
- 6 eggs, whisked together
- 5 cups coconut
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
- 3 cups milk
- 3 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells
Directions
- Whisk together the sugar, butter and flour.
- add the eggs and both flavorings.
- add the milk and continue to whisk.
- encorporate the coconut and pour into the pie shells.
- bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. The top should be golden brown.
